Problems loading EWSEditor

Hi i am trying to run EWSEditor from a Windows Server 2008 R2. When i try to load the app nothing happens and i see the following event id in the applogs. I've tried under two different users on 2 different servers and 2 different versions of the app. Thanks in advance.

Be sure to have .NET 4.5 installed and the Exchange Managed API 2.1 32 bit installed. Be sure to copy all the files to a local folder before running. Process Monitor would show files which were not found when the application is launched.
